Assistant Principal: Mr. Michael Rose

Dear Eldorado Families, 

I'm Michael Rose and I am elated at the opportunity to join the amazing staff and learning community at Eldorado Elementary School! 

I graduated from this school in 2001 and coming back as the Assistant Principal is a unique and rewarding experience!  After Eldorado, I continued on to Chestnut Ridge Middle School and ultimately graduated from Spring Valley High School; East Ramapo is my home! 

As the Assistant Principal at Eldorado, my primary objective is to create a great learning environment for all of our students. I will cultivate this through collaboration with our teachers and parents; we are all united in the goal of student achievement!

As an educator, I believe that all students should be immersed in a learning environment that is rigorous, equitable, and provides the chance to grow beyond the classroom through extracurricular activities. I will always encourage our students to make the most of every learning opportunity they meet and to enjoy every challenge they encounter. 

It is with a tremendous sense of pride and passion that I ask Teachers, Parents, and Students to embrace this vision and commit to making our community here at Eldorado the best that it can be!
